Confiday's Mentors have been specifically trained by Confiday's Founder to deliver Confiday's Program and to provide guidance and compassionate support to freshman girls.

Each month your daughter will meet with their Confiday Mentor to go over that month's Confiday tools and topics. This content is relevant for what is happening during that month at college and the common challenges facing girls.

Mentors check-in weekly with your daughter to reinforce the program content and help with any challenges she may be facing.

Confiday's unique program runs June-May and covers the full freshman year.

As a recurring theme in the Confiday Program, Mentors will help your daughter balance the demands of Academics with social life, healthy habits, time-management, organizations, and other areas of college life.

Whether it's talking though a friend situation, dealing with roommate drama or finding ways to balance her social life with academics, your daughter's Confiday Mentor will be there.

Confiday Mentors keep interactions with your daughter confidential. That gives her the confidence to be herself and share openly. She does not have to fear exposure to parents, families, or friends.

Each month Confiday's Founder will provide a webinar to parents to share the themes of the content your daughter will cover with their Mentor. Please note that no feedback will be shared that is specific to your daughter.
