Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!  If at any time, you are not satisfied with the performance of your Mentor, Confiday will refund you for any remaining time on your plan.

  
To be eligible for a refund, you will need the email receipt or the order number for proof of purchase.  Only the original purchaser may request a refund.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and approved your refund request.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at  customerservice@confiday.com.
